approved by the Department of Insurance. The class

UPSTATE ACADEMY
There will be a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee.  To insure that
you will have a seat, please register as soon as possible to insure your
seat.  If you do not preregister, the fee for this class will be $275.00
and this will not insure you a seat or textbook.  Please make all
checks and money orders payable to Upstate Academy of Bail
Agents.

The total cost of the seminar is $130.00. When you call in to register you MUST PAY THEN OR BY
OCTOBER 19, 2007. This is to insure that you receive your book by October 25, 2007. When calling
in, we will need your mailing address to mail your book to you or you can come to the office and
pick up your book.

If you are mailing your payment, please make ALL 6HR PAYMENTS TO SCBAA AND ALL 24HR
PAYMENTS TO UPSTATE ACADMEY.

According to State Law you must receive your textbook within 24 hrs. of class.
